What To Expect
Getting signed-up is the hard part. We take care of everything but the pedaling after that.
Bring cycling shoes with SPD cleats. Make sure they’re clean. Really clean.
Don’t forget 1-2 water bottles and fuel. A banana, a gel, or an energy bar are crucial to getting the most out of your 6-90 minute class. Come to class hydrated and ready to rock!
Show up 15 minutes early to your first class so your instructor can help you adjust your bike. Consider measuring your seat height at home, as well as bar height and the distance between the tip of your saddle and the stem.
We’ll show you how to operate the Joule head unit on your bike. That’s how you’ll control and record your workouts.
On your second or third class, you’ll take a Power Test to determine your workout zones. We typically test your first block, and then every alternate block to measure your improvement.
We have showers available after class. Bring a towel, and be respectful of your fellow BEEs; get in, get clean, get out, so we can keep moving with our day.
