The Building Block

Our Tempo block is all about building that “strong and long” engine for sustained power over 30, 60, even 90 minutes. This is the foundation on which all other power zones are built, and this is the perfect time of year to put in this kind of work!

Tempo Block - Eight Weeks

The tempo block runs from November until mid-December before a holiday break. For experienced athletes, this is a great block to reduce intensity and focus on longer, steadier efforts after a season of short, intense training. For beginners, it’s also a great opportunity to learn how to train, evaluate what works best for you, and squeeze in high-quality training time right when life gets extra busy. Classes are typically 1:15 minutes long, with two dedicated classes per week in the studio. We’ll also provide weekend workouts to stay sharp! Each 8-week program is $320.

Monday/Wednesday 5:45-7:00 am

The best part of a 5:45 a.m. workout? You’re done before half the city wakes up. Get in, get it done, and get on with your day.

Monday/Wednesday 8:15-9:30 am

Get your week started with a BEE workout. This is one of our most popular time slots, so get signed-up!

Tuesday/Thursday 5-6:15 am

The early bird class is great for busy individuals;; no distractions, no excuses.

Tuesday/Thursday 6:45-8 am

Always one of the rowdiest classes - and the most fun! Reserve your spot today!

Strength Training Classes

Strength is a crucial part of overall fitness. Deliver more power, protect your body, and enjoy complete wellness with strength training classes designed for endurance athletes. At any giving strength class, you’ll meet cyclists, runners, skiers, and all kinds of athletes putting in the work. Rates are $25 per class. Get in touch to schedule your first workout!
